Flightlevel and Speed?

Hello, I've downloaded some of the checklists on this site, for a number of airliners.

It says:
Accelerate to cruise speed    FL180  0.67mach
                                           FL240  0.75 mach
                                           FL280 0.8 mach and so on.

Question is: SHould I keep 0,67 mach when cruising at FL180 or is this only the speed when I cruise to FL180?

you should maintain the mentioned speed while cruisning the mentioned altitude
