where do u find ADF frequancy

The easiest thing to do is head on down to the local airport and buy one or two regional air charts of areas that you'd like to fly. These will have all the ADF and VOR frequencies for that area.  The ADF frequencies will be three numbers without any decimals in the 200's, 300's, or 400's. Hope that is helpful.

ADF's are also known as NDBs.

You can find the frequencies in map view by clicking on them.

Oops. Sorry Boris. Tipster's right, that is the easier way. I just forgot about it because I don't use that option. I like to fly with charts.  ;D

I think the stock gps gauge will show NDBs also

Yes you can select "Show NDBs" with the default GPS (and others).  However, it does not provide you with a frequency.  Use the map view that comes with FS2002 and it will show the NDB, you can double click on it and it will show you the frequency.
