Did you correctly put the aircraft entry into the 'aircraft.txt' file?

Adam, I have found that for some reason that is beyond my frail understanding TTools changes the times of flight plans that I manually input to new times that it has apparently decided are better.
My advice is to compile the plan and then de-compile and you will get a listing containing your flight. Look at the times and you will find that it may have changed.
In addition these times are, as Andrew states, GMT not Zulu. Be careful looking for flights in the uk during BST there is an hour differance. I am not sure where in the great time zone scheme of theings mass. is but you can put the time in as GMT and the program (fs2k2) will convert it to local for you in the time and season screen.

Also I have noticed that the traffic % is set to three. Is your AI traffic level set high enough to see the flight.
You may want to set the repeat at slightly higher than 1Hr as if the flight takes longer than an hour to complete you may well have problems.
Finally what sort of aircraft is your #39, it may not have sufficient time to reach the altitude you have specified.

I thought that Zulu time was where you start from. Ie if you start at 08.00 in New York and land four hours later it is 12.00 Zulu but in concorde it may well be 10.30 local time and goodness knows what GMT. But I am probably wrong because I am notoriously thick with this stuff.
