Hi all, I have downloaded some fabulous aircraft for my FS2002, however I wanted to ask a question.

How come some aircraft when I download, and unzip, they are just one folder, and then I just drag that folder to the Aircraft Folder, and hey presto no problem, my new aircraft is waiting for me in my choices.

However sometimes when I unzip an aircraft it comes in mutiple folders ie Panel. ect ect, and this is where I don't know what to do, because my aircraft are not showing up in my choices.

Thanks for any help.

Cheers.....Tomcat61

Hi Tomcat,

It's the way the people who upload the planes sometimes do it.

If you create a folder and call it what you like (doesn't matter but the plane name is usually best) then drop the folders and files into it and put that in your aircraft folder, that will normally do it.

Be sure to read the readme files that will come with the plane though. some files contain gauges, sounds and effects that need to go in other folders. It should tell you.
