I saw this weird screenshot of FS2002. Is that airship considered an AI-only aircraft, or dynamic scenery?

I've made some modifications to the AI-only aircraft in FS2004 to make them flyable, and I'm wondering if it might be possible here. I'll just need to find a panel.

There is one at Los Angeles, near KLAX airfield. The "Goodyear" balloon!

I've never seen that one but Fat Albert is a scenery fixture 20 miles north of Key West.

I would just download the Goodyear blimp that's here on Simv. It's an awesome ship with 3 different ships and liveries. There are a ton of airships out there for download out there. I really like the Goodyear though. If you want one that's also really cool, look for the Zeppelin NT. That's a piece of Flight Simulator art if you ask me! Really cool ship with neat paints and animations.
