Is there a default aircraft list available?

Probably.

FS2002 came in 2 versions - the "regular" version and the "professional" version. The professional version has a couple more planes, so there won't be a standard listing of FS2002 default aircraft.

You can look in the "aircraft" folder and see what's there or Google it.
