Dash8 and Twin Otters have been on the list for me but I've been building up my scenery files for Australia and looking for that nice little GA that will get me into some of those little out of the way airfields.
After 6 RTWs I think I want to go paddock hopping!
Cheers :)

I usually fly fighters low and fast, but I enjoy flying the PSS Bulldog and aero batics in the Pitts.

I like flying fighters, and other military hardware. Everybody know I love the C-5, too.

But, I still go back to the Beechcraft QueenAir, and the C152 to "get back to basics". There's certain techniques that you need to learn in a Cessna, before you can apply that to a multi-engine jet. To really understand how things like throttle and flap settings, trimming, and the effects of weight, you need to start with a small prop. Then hopefully, with a little practice, you'll be able to master the controls of your favorite "Aluminum Cigar".

Hmmm
:-/ testy question this.
Early planes - Brill required great skill and respect, no GPS to find your way their, gotta look out the window and use real navigation.
Latest fight jets, I'm bored of em, their all just point and shoot, no skill really.
Commercial jets, love em, even with the latest gizmos to help you fly around they still need people who can watch a dozen things going on at the same time to get em up and then down in one piece. (do you all just press <1> to tune the radio or do anyone call up the radio stack and tune it in yourself while your trying to take of and land? not easy without a co-pilot.

Well thats my 2 cents  ;D

I still go and tune the radios myself occasionally.....can be a bit difficult at times, especially on VATSIM when you're trying to tune the radios, bring the plane straight in on the ILS without using the APP, and talk at the same time! But FUN!

Right now I am flying Charles Wood's 182 Nav Trainer from Canada to Scotland and absolutely loving it. It buzzez along at 90kts and is comfortable as your easy chair in your living room.

I will probably land in Greenland tomorrow and then it is off to Iceland. Look out Scotland, here I come!! 8) 8) ;D ;D

Sometimes I break out the old Baron but I am very happy with the singles. The jets and other heavy loaders fly too high and too fast to be able to see all the neat stuff uncle willie put in the world for us to play with. :D :D :D ;)

Low and slow GA.

Piper Cub and Bell 47 are what I fly most.

It's no use to have a decent 'puter and vid card and then waste your time flying at 30kft.
