Its over

Postby awash2002 » Wed Sep 17, 2003 5:44 pm

I will no longer fly either FS2002 or FS2004 I am giving it up and that includes real aviation to because I have no desire for it any more.

IMO, if someone is going to throw a temper tantrum like this, good riddance.  ESPECIALLY if it's over no one commenting on screenshots.

I wasn't sad when the last one left, I'm not going to start now.

Ironic really , i`m desperately trying to get into flying , but find the costs in the UK massively prohibative , whilst someone else who has spent all there time and effort getting in already , is trying to get out , half your luck mate i say

Some people just dont know how lucky they really are

man this is boring.
I'll go try to get Squawkbox, Roger Wilco, Servinfo and my connection to Vatsim working. And maybe commit Hara Kiri if after some more hours I still can't figure it out. I'll report to you when/if  I'm going to okay? ;D
Till next time guys.

Shame to see someone leave  :'(  but oh well such is life,   but hey awash just a thought  you could use a float plane to fish from and land on the fairway of the nearest golfcourse...That mite make FS more interesting for you...and as for responces to posts or pics, people look but do not always respond but that is no big deal...i read all posts and look at the pictures that are posted here but i dont respond to them, but does not mean im not interested in the posts or looking at the pics and thinking wish i could get a pic like that.... 8) 8) 8)

;D ;D ;D   I think he will be back.  Flyin gets in ya blood, and never leaves, maybe goes dormant for awhile, then bubbles to the surface and boom, away ya go again.  Man, I wish I had found out how much I love to fly when I was younger.  I find, I like to take a break from it now and then but always come back stronger than ever.

I like all aspects of it, not just the flying, but the downloading, putting together pics, reading the posts and the camraderie of flight sim.

Luv to Fly

Guys I have been in it for almost 21 years I started flying when I was real young at age 6 and over the years I have flown more and more and more and still fly to this day evan though my father who got me hooked on flying is gone so its not that I am throughing a fit its that the cost is just too high now I can not evan rent a plane for under 80.00 dollars now I would rent one if I had my liscence but the cost or getting them is almost 3,000 dollars to get my privet liscence and fishing is soo much cheaper and more fun and golf its my life

Just seemed awfully "fit-ish" to me, IMO.

If you're leaving, why the updates?

Like we both know...this is one of the rare occasions where we are both thinking the same thing.
