Unwanted Pauses!

I'm having a problem with Antti Pankkonen's Dauphin
(dauph2k2.zip on fs2002 heli pg 15).
When I key the gear either up or down, the sim goes into pause & does not want to come back out. ??? ::)

Gosh this old chestnut. Haven't seen it in a while. Right what you need to do is pause the game "P" and then retract the U/C and unpause when it is finished ;)

???Okay--Tried that and still it stalls, any other ideas?? ???  Please!! :-[
