cfg files?

can someone please explain to me what a .cfg file is and its function and how to change it to affect the game?

Hi amaru. It depends on which CFG you're talking about. A CFG file is a simple text file that can be opened & manually edited in Notepad. The most commonly edited one is Aircraft.cfg when installing repainted versions of existing aircraft.
