Weather Forecasts

Is it possible to obtain weather forecasts for one's destination (before the flight)  that correspond to the Jeppesen Real World Weather?  I'd quite like to have a basic idea of what the weather is going to be like when I set off, rather than having to wait for ATIS to kick in for the destination airport.

I don't think FS would do it - but seeing as 'Real World Weather' is actually supposed to be real - couldn't you Google a weather forecast for the area you are flying to?? As long as 'Real World Weather' works correctly & the weather forecast is correct, then surely the weather when you arrive at your destination wouldn't be to far out from the forecast you Googled 'X' hours earlier.

Just a thought.
