I see the problem. You have a COM1 radio but no COM2 that I could find. NAV1 and NAV2 do not have standby frequencies so you should do the opposite of what I originally said. (COM1 does not have a standby frequency ehther, so its entry should be set to 0.)
I'm going to leave the COM2 entry in aircraft.cfg because it won't hurt and there may be a COM2 buried in there somewhere that I just didn't see. You can tune COM1 manually after you move the little master switch in the bottom left of the COM1 radio.
