No real world weather

Postby G-EORGE » Mon Jun 13, 2005 6:54 am

I've recently downloaded (into scenery library) a package which puts taxi way signs at KSFO and i have installed a program of British Airways traffic (both from this site).  The KSFO thing works fine, and i presume the BA traffic does as well - seem to be a lot of speed birds.

However since installing these two programs, my real world weather won't work,  i click on the button and the hour glass cursor comes up for a while, it then stops and says "Operation timed out".  My connection to the internet is fine and I do it the same way as I always have.
Is this likely to be a result of the BA traffic program (real world weather worked with just the KSFO scenery), or is it some other problem??

Thanks in advance, sorry for such a long winded question.

Real world weather appears to be down for most people in FS2004, so I don't think it has anything to do with the addons you downloaded for FS2002.  Fingers crossed, hopefully soon the weather will come back up.
Cheers,
RB

i went on it yesterday and it was all functioning properly again.  As you say, it was probably just a temporary fault, or maybe some prob with my computer, that corrected itself when i went on it again
