As Real As Possible

Postby amaru » Fri Apr 29, 2005 12:03 pm

Hi all,

Any one knows how to see real world airlines flying around you apart from being the only aircraft of an airline in air (e.g. instead of flying British Airways, I want to see many of them flying around me as well!)

I use the standard Flight Simulator 2002 and I am trying to get my game as real as possible!

Thanks all

Hmmm,

I didn't actually find that useful!!

What I want to do is see real world airlines flying around me, not only fly them myself! Usually when you download an aircraft, you only get to fly it but you don't see it flying around you. How can i do that?

Hiya Amaru, Welcome to SimV
I suggest you have a look at this. It's a small tut written by our very own Doug Attrell a.k.a Hagar. It's pretty worthwhile.
The link is as follows:
http://www.simviation.com/lair/Ttools1.htm

If you want the Ultimate Traffic experience, get the payware add-on for MSFS 2002 and 2004 known as Ultimate Traffic. Lot's and lot's of airlines: and all of them really fly in the real world. I just bought Ultimate Traffic myself a few weeks ago. Beleive me, it is just great. Freeware options are PAI which I used for a while.

Cheers,
Ashar

well with the project ai stuff, you have to download the airlines you want(he has just about all of them) and install them into flight sim. and there you are, real airlines.
