Error message 3rd party

I am new at this but this is what is happening. I get an error about 3rd party software Gauges\cad_stecSys55ap.gau. I saw somewhere on the site to change the config file and add [OLDMODULES]
fssound.dll=1

I did that and still have the same problem. I imagine it is a simple fix but I just can't figure it out. Thanks for anyhelp.

You also have to add the fssound.dll file to your /modules folder.
