Sim locks up!!

Everytime I try to "go to" somewhere in the southwest US the sim locks up.  Even when I uninstalled and reinstalled it still does it.  No addon scenery involved.  The sim was working good at one time now lately I've had this problem.....???? Has anyone seen this happen before??

Hmm, a re-install should have solved that.

Could also be a bad .bgl file.  Do you have the .bgl file scanner?  I think it's available in the library somewhere but if you can't find it I'll send it to you.
