Go to Settings>Controls>Assignments-Category

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

I found it, I have the german version, and it was translated just "Heck" what means "Tail", they forgot to translate "Hook".
