Stormy Weather

Postby alphabravocharlie » Sat Nov 20, 2004 10:59 am

Hi, Just wondered if anyone knows how to create a storm in the distance (to try and avoid) and if FS2002 will warn you of the severe weather you are approaching.

Thanks,

Joe.

Go into Weather and change the clouds to Thunderstorm, Precipitation Moderate to Heavy, go into Advanced weather and set clouds to OVERCAST 8/8.

I don't think so.  FS creates weather surrounding the aircraft, not in the distance.  Do a top-down view, you'll see the weather in a circular pattern.
