Stronger Reversers

Hey guys about a week ago I read on here somewhere how to strengthen the reverse thrust on the aircraft in flight sim 2002.  Now I am unable to find the information today and was wondering if anybody knew where the information was at or would be able to tell me themselves how to do it.  Appreciate any help.

Hi,

you need to edit the .air file using the aired utility.  Find the line that says "reverse thrust" and increase the number until you get what you want.  You should at least be able to gently reverse the aircraft from standstill.  Don't forget to backup the file before changing it and remember to save the file after each change & before testing.  You also need to reload the aircraft after each change for the change to be effective.

where can i get the aired utility? i know, i am not the author of this ipc, but still....

You can get aired from the simviation "utilities" section, do a file search under "aired".
