Is it worth it?

I've had FS2002 pro for about a full year now and have been thinking if I should go ahead and purchase the FS2004.  I guess i should get the best opinion by coming here so I ask you, is it really worth the 40-50 bucks on the newer version or just stick with this.  My computer isn't that great on the side of gaming, if that matters.  Thanx ;D

Real couldn't help just have FS2002 myself but move this into the FS2004 becasue there you will recieve some great replies.
