FS9 DC-3. Can it work in FS2002 Pro?

Postby Topdog » Thu Jul 01, 2004 12:45 pm

 Hi all,

A friend of mine has FS9 ACOF and I prefer to keep FS2002 due to a number of reasons. However I would love to have the FS9 DC-3 to add to my hangar. He sent me the files but all I get is a white aircraft with no VC or the like.

I've tried resaving the texture files in DXTBMP but no luck. Any Suggestions? Any and/or all would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I am an avid skinner for FS2002 so I'm familiar with the protocol of the textures and formats.

It should work! I use loads of FS9 stuff in mine. Try anopther re-install, or maybe it's a microsoft copyright. Try d/l one and try that.

The FS9 base models will NOT port to FS2k2. Also you would be breaking the law by using them...
So both you and your friend have broken international copyright laws, and I'm afraid this site cannot and will not support piracy.

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
