***Hagar - Urgent***

Hi all (Not just Doug!), i have done somthing to my FS2002 Pro and I have know idea what. I have a saved default flight from Cardiff EGFF. I started experimenting with FSSC and since then, even after boot up / reset it says 'Creating database for new scenery files'. Why? I haven't made any! (Knowingly, anyway!) The other symptoms are that if i try to make a flight plan i cannot get beyond  VFR / IFR selection, or if I want to fly any where other than EGFF it wont *#@?&$" let me! I also fiddled around with AFCAD + TTools. I will admit to not totaly knowing what i'm doing!  :-[ Help!
