FS2002 hangs when loading

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to put this.

Anyway my problem is that after doing a reformatting of my computer and reinstalling everything, I have been unable to get FS2002 to load up.

I have tried reinstalling several times and the same thing happens, I click the icon and the computer starts trying to load the programme. However the computer never manages to get past a black square which I assume is supposed to be the splash screen.

I have used FS2002 on this PC before and never had a problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem and how I might go about fixing it. I have updated all the drivers, as far as I can tell. The only thing I have changed is partitioning the drives so that the game is on a different drive to the win 98, but that shouldn't affect it should it?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
