3D terrain texture fx 5200/440mx card

i changed to FX5200 card  and now  dont have 3d  terrain in  pannel view only in  tower or spot plane,

MX440 card  had  pixel  addjustment set on (center ) was excilent,,,,,,,,,

now  are there  any settings  in FS cfg file to  get the  3d  effect in normal  flight mode?

I am running athlon 2.08.amd.. gig byte  7N400l board   (one  Gig  400hz ram)...FX 5200 card,,,,,,

looks like MX440 had better settings  with only 64 ram  than FX  with 128 ram,,,,,,,,,anyway  dont have any depth in terrain,,,,,,  so any help please?
