Hi Harrier, you can download a set of carriers right here!
However for catapulting and arrestor gear you need a program called ArrCab. Its payware and comes in the package Flight Deck III by Abacus :(

I've asked this question before, but I can't remember what I got for an answer:

Would it be unethical/illegal to distribute (by email) copies of ArrCab acquired BEFORE it was made payware?

With the thought that "here we go again" my belief is that it would not be illegal or unethical.

Unlike the government that can introduce retrospective legislation, commercial contracts can't be enforced in the same way.

NOW DUCK!!

I agree 100%  It's not even worth the argument.  If the guy handing out the free samples of Bourbon Chicken at the mall gives you two, and three people later decides to charge for them, how can he charge you if you decide to give a friend a taste?  ;D

Thank you, Pippin.  That was very well put.  I'm gonna give this some thought, though . . .
