Question about FS2002 Rio De Janeiro Scenery

Postby speaker30 » Tue Aug 05, 2003 11:40 pm

Hey, all--

I've been flying around Rio for the last few hours, and I just realized that I cannot find the Jesus statue that the city is so famous for.  I went poking around on the net, and I found what I thought was the approximate location, but I can't find it anywhere in the FS2002 scenery.  Does anybody have any information?  Specifically, is it not there, or am I just missing it?  And if I am missing it, could somebody point me in the right direction?  Thanks so much in advance!

Ah.  Well, there's my answer.     :)

Thanks to all who answered.  Hopefully a good piece of freeware scenery'll come out with it included.

Seems strange that it wouldn't be there.

got agree with you pal

M$ should be more careful about landmarks!
They always confuse Brasilia DC and Rio de Janeiro as a DC.... :(
so, I think they should be more careful about landmarks, and Rio ones are clearly outstading!
let's wait for a freeware!
