If it's been proven time and time again that he's trying to swap a file illegally, isn't there a way to ban his IP from the forums?

I know it seems like a drastic step, but I think we would probably all agree that we'd rather have a drastic step taken now than lose SimV because it had the appearance of not stopping him, ya know?
