Night Light

Can anyone help.  Is there anyway to lighten night, yes I know it's normally dark but even with full moon light the ground is impossible to see, everything is extreamly black which makes low level flying very difficult ?

Funnily enough, there are replacement night textures. You can choose whether you want lighting to be 'white' or 'yellow'.

Trouble it's been a while since I saw them and I can't remember where!
