You're not by any chance confusing ILS (Instrument Landing System) with IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) are you?  I'm not quite sure how one would go about doing an entire flight w/ ILS.  :::g:::
Great edit, Bob.

Google it.

Once you set up the IFR flight plan, click "Find Route". Your map will come up, and show you where you are. Click OK. Click "Nav Log", and check your altitude, speed and waypoints that it shows. Click "Save", and a windows file menu will come up. Change the name of the flight, if you want, and then load it up.

You should have full ATC assistance for your flight, now.
