you can, on airports equipped with ILS (those with green arrows poking out on the GPS)

each runway has an ILS frequency, put that frequency on the NAV1 radio and set autopilot to APPROACH

*note*
you have to be within the ILS range for it to work, so you can't put the plane to land itself if you're like 50 miles from the airport

you can find the ILS frequencies on the MAP screen just click on the airport you're planning on landing and a list of runways and frequencies will appear

that will get the plane to approach the runway on autopilot, i'm not sure if it will do the whole touchdown part tho ;)

No, the AP does not do the whole touchdown. You might be able to get away with it with a cessna and no crash effects but in a boineg don't try it. Why? The AP does not take care of the flaring, so will be nose first instead of butt first....well, the backwheels.

i have found it depends on how steep the glideslope is. if its got a rather shallow angle you can get away with it in the boeings but if its a steep angle then you better have airbags:)
