"Flight Level" means a 29.92 pressure altitude measured in hundres of feet. The lowest level is FL180, so there is no "FL150"--that would just be "One Five Thousand", at the current altimiter setting.
When you hear "FL", (1) make sure altimiter is set at 29.92, and (2) multipy the number by 100 to get your altitude. 180 * 100 = 18,000. 350 * 100 = 35,000. Simple.
