Panel Doesn't work

I downloaded the Sikorsky Black Hawk and then the update for the Sikorsky Black Hawk !!!
All things works correctly when I tryed it!!!
But!!!!=>
When I downloaded the new PANEL for the Sikorsky and installed it!!!
After I tryed it, I only saw a black screen!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Where is de mistake????

=>  I installed it two times!!! But after the second installation it doesn't work too!!!!!

What should I do, until it work?????????

When you installed the panel does the directory look like aircraft\blackhawk\panel\ panel.jpg and panel.cfg?
If not then the panel won't work.
Also did you copy any gauges to the gauges folder in the FS2k2 root directory?
