Trouble with VoiceEditPack

I am super frustrated here !  EditVoicePack does not like me or my computer (PC, Windows Me, lots of memory sitting in the halls)

I have done everything the help file and installation files have mandated, including being sure that I hade MSFrameworknet previously installed.

I click on Airlines, left click for Create, and enter the requested information.  When I choose a sound file from the list on the right, and request that the sound be used, the program freezes up.  I have even deleted the whole thing and redownloaded etc ... it still doesnt like me ... can some one help me please?
