fs don't start HELP

When i start FS2002 PRO it starts and when it goes to the building database... it arrives 5% and jump to windows What is wrong

I use a P4 1.8 / 256 Ram / HD 80Gb/ Gforce4 Ti 4200 128
and XP for a long time and no problem at all

Is the SCENERY.cfg that is wrong

I have a lot of ad ons and i don't what to install all again
