f-14 help, PLEASE!

I have successfully downloaded the Grumman f-14 vf 103 by Dino Cattaneo, but all of my heading indicators are of by about 10 degrees, consistently.  It makes it really hard to do ILS approaches or nav from VOR to VOR.

Any ideas how to fix?

(I am a newbie, I apologize if this has been previously answered!)
