Airport ground features

Can anyone tell me why when I pull up to the gate in any of the planes, the walkway and service vehicles don't come out to replenish the plane.  The front docking system will even say okay and I will put my parking brake on and open the main door, but still nothing will happen.  These are all features that are meant to come standard with airport 2002 which I have installed.  I am also missing the sub-menu under option/FSNAT.  Can someone please help me..

I'd have a look at the documentation that came with airport 2000 again.

Make sure your system specs are compatible and that you've done everything required for the installation.

I don't have airport 2000 so I'm working in the dark, but between your comments in this and your other post, it appears that part of the installation hasn't worked.

are you required to have the radio tuned to a freq?? that was a requirement for one addon i had and they wouldnt turn up till it was set to the right freq. but again i dont have airport addon so i dont know
