How the Hell do i get out?

Hey,
  Now i took my new bird the Republic SeaBee and try to fly out of Table Rock in christmas. But i can't get out! How it stalls the mt. are to damn tall! ??? :'(

Real life GA pilots have the same problem here in Reno, Nv.

It's normal to see some do a couple of circuits around the valley to get some altitude before going over the mountains.

Maybe that'll help.
