help! can't connect on Squawk Box via networked co

hi all  :-[

i have just networked my two computers together and i finally got the client computer access to the net via my DSL. I started flight sim 2002 and can get the latest weather etc from the client, however when i went to try and connect on vatsim via SB nothing happens when i press 'connect'. The client is getting the internet access ok but i can't seem to get a connection on SB on the client computer. My IP address for the client is 10.0.0.2 and subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and the host computer is 10.0.0.1.

I connect via SB the normal way as if i was connecting via a normal one connection computer, is there something i have to do differently?
