could someone tell me how can i see other aircraft take off and landing in the runway ? how to see nearly ? paul

Just increase your AI traffic settings, and sit at a big airport.

If you have Active Camera Pro, use it in external view, then you can walk all over the runway until you find a good spot to watch the planes from, and they don't crash into you, so you can go out onto the middle of the runway, and stand there, and watchplanes roll right through you.
