Easy, go to the raw screenshot forum and read Riflemans tutorial! It covers everything.

If you mean on the left side, under your screen name, go to PROFILE and type the appropriate URL where it says "I have my own pic." You can post a GIF or a JPEG. If you mean a picture along with your text, you'd use HTML coding to attach a photo in your posting.
