Thank you for posting this so I didn't have to sit through the tedium of another awards show.

Now let's see what our SEC representative can do against Michigan State and Clemson.

(Although I like Clemson as my ACC representative. The only reason FSU didn't win the ACC was because we're in the same conference and division as Clemson. Alabama v FSU for the championship. Maybe next year.)

Well the good news for me is that my team has already won the Cotton Bowl

I come from a Michigan State family, and married in to an Alabama family, so either way I'm going to the championship

I don't see Clemson beating Oklahoma. I don't see State beating Bama. BUT anything can happen, and it often does in the NCAA.

I would prefer to see State go to the championship for once, as much as I love Bama I would hate to see State lose this chance to shine for my home state.

That being said, I'm happy either way, I get to watch one of my teams play for the trophy.

Well, Clemson beat Oklahoma so it's going to be

#1 Clemson v #2 Alabama

for the national championship.

I win either way. Go ACC! Go SEC!

But looking at tonight's performances I'd wager on Alabama.

Early odds are on Alabama by 7.

I do hope this game is better than the Cotton Bowl.

For those who don't follow NCAA football, it was better than the Cotton Bowl.

Alabama 45
Clemson 40

4th national championship in 7 years.

Very entertaining game amd a very good season for the Tide once again. Tomorrow is celebration day here in Tuscaloosa, should be quite the party.

I do wish they would air the game on Saturday though, these Monday night championships make Tuesday a painful day at work.
