The NH Motor Speedway...

Postby H » Fri Nov 21, 2014 2:12 am

is located south of the Gilford TownPlaceSuites on route 106. The regular racing season has ended and, like so many other places that gear up for Christmas when Thanksgiving hasn't arrived, the New Hampshire Motor Speedway has set up its course for their two-mile display: Gift of Lights

Lets hope that the present inclement Weather doesn't put a dampener on the proceedings, @H...>>>

We had snow fall one early morning last week but the temperature rose above freezing before noon and the rain washed it away. The daytime temp this week, however, barely peaks in the mid-thirties so, if it doesn't rise, any amount of snowfall is apt to remain laying around... with subsequent layers for the winter...
That's why our state and its counties and towns have snowplows and stock up on sand and melting salts... as do various establishments and individuals...

;)
