The late Jim Mandich will join the Dolphin Honor roll at Miami game Sunday

Miami will play a home game Sunday against the Oakland Raiders, but the contest also will be a celebration of the Dolphins' history.

At halftime, the Dolphins will make the late Jim Mandich the 22nd member of the Dolphin Honor Roll. Mandich, who died in April at 62 after fighting bile-duct cancer, was part of the Dolphins' organization for 40 years as a player and broadcaster.

Mandich, a tight end out of Michigan, earned two Super Bowl rings with the Dolphins, one of them as a starter on the undefeated 1972 team. He joined the radio team in 1992 and endeared himself to fans with his enthusiasm and his popular catchphrase, All right, Miami!

Well deserved, Mad Dog.
