50 years ago today (when Olivia Newton John was 14) EMI Parlophone released The Beatles' first single, Love Me Do.

I don't mind admitting that I remember it too. I was 19 in 1962.

'Love Me Do' wasn't a big hit & I didn't care for the Beatles at the time. I would later become one of
