This is a show that will find it's way to your television! By the man who brought you Big Brother The Voice of Holland truly aims at singing talent. No more laughing at rejects, preliminary auditions and "blind auditions" on tv where the judges don't get to see who is singing. If someone turns while the contestant is singing then they go through to the next round. If more than one judge turns then the contestant can choose who they want to work with. I won't recommend many talent hunt shows and I don't know how the next rounds will be but this one got me hooked! I'll add 3 vids as a sample of what Holland has to offer.

Never mind the dutch commentary, just listen to the singers.

The last 3 are fantastic .......... not so sure about Anne Hoogendoorn.

Great concept the judges not seeing the contestant until they decide they like them.

Anne is one of my favorites because she;s roughly the only one with a bit of rock in her voice, most other rock singers don't make it. I'm really looking forward to the round after this. it's judges vs judges then I think. The last episode had 2,7 million viewers and other networks are rescheduling their friday evening because they can't compete with this show!

I look forward to the day, when shows like this, stop airing here in the states.

Manufactured musicians never last very long.

Imagine a metal version of this show. 

I cant watch the links right now, but knowing that Holland is pretty much a symphonic metal powerhouse, it could be interesting.

EDIT: Just listened....they're all amazing, but the first two....holy crap! That was great!

Well round 2 started. The So Called Battles. Each coach has to choose contestants within their own team to battle each other thus creating the strongest team for the live shows..
