First is "Top Shot" on the History Channel. Airs every Sunday at 10 ET. The show is a "Survivor" style competition show with 16 of the top marksmen in the country competeing in various marksmenship challenges with various types of weapons for the title of Top Shot.
Second is "US Navy: Pirate Hunters" on Spike TV. Airs Tuesday at 11 ET. This show was greenlit right after the Maersk Alabama takeover, and follows the operations of the flagship, the USS Gettysburg, of the coalition task force in charge of fighting pirates in the Gulf of Aden between Somalia and Yemen.
Both of these shows are awesome.
