The Dukes of Hazard was not bad and I will even go as far as Miami Vice, but I have no idea how they are going to pull this one off. Personally, I think that some things should be left alone............starting with the location. If you can find them.......

It could work.
And if they can tie in a couple of the original characters, it could work quite well.
The worst thing they could do would be to sell it as a remake of the original series. Trying to recast the original characters is pointless. If they could tie in the old guys they could build on the franchise with a new A team.

"I love it when a plan comes together"... except when it's a plan to make yet another lousy big-screen adaptation of a classic TV show. I don't have high hopes for this one. What's next- Magnum, P.I.?
::)

You just don't mess with perfection- especially if it's perfect cheese. ;D

The Hollywood remake will have Magnum being played by a one legged dwarf with a stutter and a clean top lip ;D

They could have one of those shows like with they did with  cartoons where they all come together into one show.
