BTW, did you ever notice that the people on the show who die all get DUI's? Libby, Ana Lucia,Mr. Eko...  :-/  All of them.

I've never seen Lost...Just not my cup of tea I guess :-/

just watched the new episode! was great to see the show again after sooo long, but im a little confused! i reckon the end of season 3 was probably the best its ever been, but yesterdays episode seemed to be going back to being all shady and wierd...!

hopefully the next will be better!

i gave lost a chance once when it first started, watched about 5 episodes and though

wow ive just wasted somewhere in the region of 5hours of my life and this show is indeed a huge steaming pile of dog poo!

It starts again tomorrow night on Sky One in the UK and I'm looking forward to it.
I've followed Lost from the very start.

Why is it people post negative comments in threads like this and think people actually WANT to hear it?  Personally I could give a crap if you don't like 'Lost' as this thread was aimed at people who do.  If you want to bash it go start your own thread and I promise I won't post any pro-Lost comment within ten miles of it...  

Starts again tonight on Sky one and I'm looking forward to it. I only started watching Lost last season so I'm not as up to spee.d as most folk but I got into it quite quickly. I like this time of year because all my favourite Sky One shows start coming back. Just waiting for new Battlestar to return now and my week night TV schedule will be complete!

The big question now is 'Who are the Oceanic 6?'  In his flash forward, Hurley refers to the 'Oceanic 6' which would indicate only six people left the island.  They already have identified that Jack and Kate have, because they met at the airport and Jack tried to talk her into going back.  At least one has died, because Jack went to the Funeral....

So, who are the other three and which one died?

Personally, I think it was Ben or Locke in the coffin...

I don't think it was Locke in the coffin, and I'll tell you why. So far, we know that Jack, Kate, sayeed (spelling?), Hurly, and Aaron (Claire's baby) survived. That's five of the oceanic six. I'm not counting Ben becuase I just can't see that guy allowing himself to be rescued, I think he is up to something secretive and super-villain-like, and got off of the island on his own. Anyway, we know that the group split and a bunch of people went with Jack, while Hurly, Kate, Claire (and baby) and Sawyer among others went with Locke. Kate got all PO'd at Sawyer and went back to Jack, Sayeed is already on Jack's side so that leaves Hurly. I'm betting that at some point Hurly leaves Locke's camp and goes back to Jack and freinds. Then something else happens and a bunch of people die and only Jack, Sayeed, Hurly, Kate, Desmond, and Aaron (Claire's baby) get rescued. As for who is in the box? I couldn't tell you, but my theory pivots on Locke being right and as such, all those who stayed with him are alive and well on the island.

Of the Oceanic Six, so far we have:

Jack
Kate
Sayid
Hurley
Aaron

Ben and Desmond were not on 815, so even if they are rescued (and last week tends to support that Desmond will), they are unlikely to be counted as survivors.  I love the Desmond and Penny storyline.  It's extremely well written and acted and whoever plays him should go on to many bigger and better things.  Just the way he calls people 'brother' and makes it come off right shows he has his chops.

Ben has never been off the island before, so it will be interesting to see why he decides to leave...

As for the new group, it's good to see some nice solid science fiction coming out of this thing.  The thing with the hatches and the 'monster/security system' were kind of silly...
