I think there's some love and romance and drama in it but that's flying...
Top Gun was  pretty good and there was love and romance and drama in that one also.
In fact just about all the airplane movies I've ever seen except  for a few had all that.

And that's why they're mostly cheesy.

But it seem to be just the Air Force/aviation movies that seem to have all that pathetic love crap in them. Or can you recall any love scenes in "Saving Private Ryan", "Das Boot" or "Hell Is For Heroes"?
