Not so sure about the Stereophonics... they absolutely murdered Rod Stewart's "Handbags and Gladrags" ironically by trying to be too "Rod Stewart"  :P Although "Dakota" wasn't too bad.

Now Bill Bailey, that's going to be good. He's a very talented musician as well as a VERY funny man.

But, i think Handbags and the Gladrags, by Stereophonics is a brilliant song!, i really love it!

It is a good song. It was written by Mike d'Abo & first recorded by Chris Farlowe in 1967. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Handbags_and_Gladrags

I know it wasn't written by Stereophonics but in my honest opinion i prefer their one over the original

Not bad but as CharlottesDad pointed out it's a rip-off of the Rod Stewart version. When I first heard it I thought he had re-recorded it.
